We are broadening and deepening our leadership’s commitment and accountability as we create an inclusive culture in which everyone feels a sense of belonging.

Our goal is to make a difference as a leading company for diversity, equity and inclusion by focusing on actions that impact our communities and marketplace. Learn more about our actions taken:
- Joined the Human Rights Campaign's Business Coalition for the Equality Act in support of federal legislation that would provide basic protections to LGBTQ+ people that are provided to other groups protected under federal law.
- Creating the ADVANCE Racial Equity and Inclusion Advisory Roundtable of external thought leaders to guide us;
- Making DEI-focused community contributions to address cultural and structural barriers;
- Earning a spot on more than a dozen awards and lists that recognize our leadership in global diversity, equity, and inclusion. This includes Great Place To Work® certification in 21 markets and workplace lists.
