MyPlans – your plan, simplified.

Our enhanced plan sponsor website is designed to provide you with the tools and insights to help you monitor and improve your plan’s health, as well as simplify plan administration. Visit online.metlife.com

Account Access

You can access your plan records at online.metlife.com. You can also contact Plan Services at 833-642-1008.

Call our technical support team at 1-866-363-8669 for assistance.

Plan Administrators are emailed their login ID and temporary password. Upon initial login, you are prompted to reset your password. Your password should be 8–20 characters in length and must meet stated complexity requirements.

To get added as a Plan Administrator, Plan Sponsors need to complete and submit a Plan Contact Change request. Once the request is received in good order and processed, an email is sent to the new Plan Administrator to login with their ID and temporary password.

To change or add Plan Contacts and/or Authorized signers, Plan Sponsors need to complete and submit a Plan Contact Change request.

To find out who is currently shown as Plan Contacts, reach out to your dedicated Relationship Management Team.

No. To prevent security breaches, each user has unique login credentials.

All plans associated with your Plan Sponsor are available for review from your dashboard.

The site is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except during scheduled maintenance periods.

The site supports PC/Macintosh computers, Apple iOS/Android tablets, and mobile devices that are able to run the latest versions of popular web browsers. The web experience is compatible across a reasonable range of current browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari). While other browsers not mentioned may work on the site (or older versions of those listed), there may be some viewing and/or functionality limitations.

The MyPlans site is compatible with your desktop PC, laptop, tablet, and smart phone.
